This Is How We Spent Christmas Eve...

Here is a picture of how we spent our Christmas Eve! My 3 older girls performed the hula in the half-time show for the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl with Nohelani Cypriano. Although it was a very long day, the memories that were created will be treasured forever! The girls had lots of fun being around their hula sisters and the excitement could be felt by all! Thank you to their wonderful Kumu for always providing our girls with great opportunities.

Reindeer Punch Art Ornament...

Somehow I managed to volunteer myself to do a craft project for DD2's class Christmas party last week! Here is a picture of the project that I had them make... a punch art reindeer ornament. I was inspired by a project that Teri had us make earlier this month at her Christmas gathering... thank you Teri! I did most of the prepping so that things would go smoothly... which it did with the help of DD2 as my assistant. The 2nd graders all enjoyed making these ornaments... both boys and girls! Some of them were even sweet enough to ask me if they could give their ornaments to their parents for Christmas... aw! All in all it was a fun, but very busy day for me as I also volunteered to help out with Santa's Store during DD3's class party that same day. No matter how exhausted I was, I am thankful for the memories that were created that day. They will last forever in my heart! Merry Christmas to all of you! Have a safe holiday season!

Gingerbread Bag...

I made a few of these bags for some "sweet" friends. I filled them with goodies that hopefully, the recipients will use. I can't believe that Christmas is almost here! Are you done with your shopping yet? Have a great week!

Coupon Book Holders...

While shopping last week, my Mom came across a great deal too good to pass up! Pizza Hut is selling coupon books for $5, but inside there are coupons for over $20 of free food like a personal pan pizza, breadsticks, etc. I decided to pick some up for some friends and these are the holders that I put them in. I decorated them with some of my Christmas punch art. I hope that they will put these coupon books to good use because I know I will. I picked up a few extra for my family to use too... hehehe! Have a great weekend!

Owl Box & Fry Box...

Our PTO President asked me last week if I could create three holders: one for a Pearlridge gift certificate, one for a gift card (sorry, I forgot to take a pic of it), and one to put an Apple IPod Touch. These were prizes given out last night to the top sellers of our school's recent fundraisers and the gift card went home with one lucky teacher! Since our school's mascot is the Pueo (0wl), I decided to use my owl punch to decorate the holders. Congratulations to the lucky winners for all their hard work and dedication to the school!

BRAK From Michelle...

Here is the BRAK that I received from my dear friend Michelle! Look at all these goodies! I can't wait to find the time to use the stamp set or iron on those HK patches to my girls' things! My youngest has already claimed the HK bag as her own stuffing it with legos and her blankie. It's the perfect size for her to carry around. And that HK cup is being put to good use too! Thanks Michelle for being so sweet!

Smirk Cards...

I made these cards a while back and unfortunately forgot to post them. These are cards that I created using my Smirk DP. I cut out the images and attached them to the front of the cards. Some of these cards were used as thank you cards and the others will be set aside for those "just in case..." moments. It's always good to have some extra cards around because you truly never know when you might just need one! Have a great weekend! I'll be back next week to share more with you...

Another Pokemon Card...

I needed a card for my friend's son who loves Pokemon. So instead of making Pikachu (like I did for his brother), I decided to make the ball that Ash always carries around. I used my extra large circle punch along with the 3/4" and 1/2" circle punches to create the ball. I also used my Perfect Polka Dots textured folders for the background. Thanks for stopping by again. Hope you enjoy your day!

170 Tags....

Who in their right mind would volunteer to create 170 handmade tags? Oh, that would have to be me... LOL! Once again, I created all these tags for the wonderful staff at my daughters' school that will be attached to the Christmas gifts from the PTO. I hope they like the tags as well as their gift!

Below is a picture of the individual tag before I attached the label. The Santa is from the Sparkly & Bright stamp set.

Cocoa Holder Instructions...

Due to many requests, here are the instructions for the Cocoa Holder. Enjoy...

You will need the following:
(2) 9-1/2" x 7" card stock (box bottom)
(1) 6" x 7" DSP (box cover)

Box Cover:
Score the 6" x 7" DSP at 15/16" on all sides. Fold on the score lines. Cut slits on the dotted lines and adhere together to form the box cover.

Box Bottom:
1. Score the two 9-1//2" x 7" card stocks at 1/2" and 4-1/2" on the 9-1/2" side. Turn the card stock and score it at 3" on the 7" side. Fold on the score lines. Cut on the dotted lines. On one of the card stock, use the paper cutter to cut out the gray rectangle at 1/4" from the sides and bottom. Cut out the rectangle 1" high. Use the 3/4" circle punch to cut out the half circle.

2. Attach the two card stocks together by the 1/2" tab.

3. Assemble the box using sticky strip. Do the remaining 1/2" tab first and then the bottom flaps.

4. When you are done, decorate as desired and fill with cocoa packets. Have fun!

Thanks for stopping by. I hope that you will find these instructions useful.
